It's fairly easy! Really the hardest part is doing it daily. I got a cheaper planner - like the ones from school - and it works great! It's dated and has plenty of room for getting in at least 3-5 lines of gratitude. You could also use a journal or shoot girl, sticky notes. Having them up in your bathroom to read while you get ready is a great way to start the day!
So what does a gratitude list do for you? LOTS!! It creates positive energy, reminders of the good in the day, and can heal your soul. Being grateful creates a positive flow of good for your life. Whether you are praying these moments or writing them our like, you can change your attitude and life.
